This got her interested in the industry and a year later she decided to leave a very lucrative corporate salary and career. After scouring her market for a good location and overcoming a few setbacks, she became set to open.

Kesha came to our conference with ambition to dominate the Texas market. After returning back home after the conference, she decided partnering with us would work in her best interest. We scouted multiple locations and narrowed down to a certain area. After the lease was secured, we got to work and her store transformation.

Rose attended our conference in 2017 and by the end of 2018 she was ready-for-business. She is a sole owner with limited support who went through a severe struggle to her store open. Getting landlords to cooperate was difficult. Long days of strategizing became exhausting. Build-out and leasing costs stretched her budget. Shipping delays and damages caused setbacks. But in the end, she is strong and persistent! Because her determination and our dedication, she still got her store opened. A very intimate-sized store nestled in the historic district of town, we actually expect this store to do well. Her services area will attract more revenue, while her location will prove to be the strength for her retailing.

We wound up getting them a larger space in the same building for 1/2 the price during the intense lease negotiations. The Store Opening Delivery is valuable!

We opened the doors on our final day there and this owner was making sales before we could completely pack up and leave.
