Tennessee's Story:
This owner came to us with a hope and a prayer. As a licensed barber, he understood the beauty "service" side of the business but knew very little of beauty "retailing", how to get the funding and much more. He came to our Summer and Winter conference, then obtained a business plan from us. He used the business plan to get the attention of a local program that provides capital for start-ups. The executives over the program got in touch with us and we then worked closely with the organization for months to get his funding approved. Once this was done, we were able to get busy creating him as a new beauty supply store owner.
