North Carolina's Story:
This owner came to us needing her store, and the funding to get it opened. After we secured her funding, we then began the process of getting her store opened. COVID slowed down her process but we didn't ever abandon her, ensuring her store got opened. This is our 2nd Charlotte, NC store.

North Carolina's Story:
This new store owner was a part of our funding program where she received adequate funding. After not hearing from her for awhile, she then came back to us with a property secured and lease in hand. This made for a complicated situation as our team had no foreknowledge of the impending location. Situations like this requires quicker than normal movement, amidst our workload of clients, of which much of our timelines aren't guaranteed. Our team was still able to pull off this project in an acceptable total timeline. It's in a good location with adequate visibility. This location is expected to succeed.
