This owner never came to a conference or attended our academy. Nonetheless, she felt confident in her research on us and decided to move full steam ahead, (like others have as well). There were multiple hurdles to get over (leasing, build-out, deliveries), however, those obstacles didn't prevent her opening. At the end, her store is beautiful, stocked and ready for business after several months of putting this project together.
